Delete your account and associated data
To delete your Yeriho account, you must submit the official deletion request form. Please read the warning and steps below before continuing.
Important warning
Account deletion is a permanent request. After deletion, you may lose access to your saved content and app features. Submit the form only if you are sure.
Use the same email address that you used in the Yeriho app. Incorrect details may delay verification. Deletion requests cannot be undone.
How to fill the deletion request form
When the form opens, fill the following fields carefully:
- Email Address * — Enter the same email you used in the Yeriho app.
- Reason for Deletion * — This is required. Please write a short reason.
- Confirmation * — Tick the checkbox confirming you want deletion.
- Submit — Tap the Submit button to send your request.
Use the same email you used in the app. This helps us locate your account quickly.
Please provide a clear reason (example: “No longer using the app”). The form requires this field.
Never enter your password in the form or email. The request should not require passwords.
After submission and verification, deletion is processed within 7–30 days.
