1. Introduction

Welcome to Yeriho (“App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yeriho mobile application and related services. The App is owned and operated by Noel Abhinazer Daya (“Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

3. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly permit otherwise. Yeriho may include features such as (but not limited to):

• Instrumental/music tools and music creation utilities
• Note-taking and personal databases
• Quizzes and study tools
• Journals and article reading
• Content creation and sharing features
• Community/group or page-related features (if available)

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Content and Responsibility

“User Content” means any text, files, notes, journals, images, audio, links, or other content that you create, upload, store, share, or publish using the App.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
• We do not actively monitor all User Content and are not responsible for what users create or share.
• If you choose to share content outside the App, you understand that we cannot control how it is used, copied, forwarded, or redistributed after it leaves the App.

5. App Content, Ownership, and Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the App and all related materials (including design, branding, UI, features, logos, and content created by the Owner) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of the Owner and/or licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its code/design.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

6. Posts, News, and In-App Content Sources

• Any posts/news or curated content displayed within the App are copyrighted by the Owner unless clearly credited to a third-party source with appropriate authorization or linking.
• Unauthorized copying or redistribution of copyrighted in-app content is prohibited.

7. “Watch and Worship” Feature (YouTube Links and Third-Party Content)

• The App may include a “Watch and Worship” section containing Christian-related videos, playlists, live streams, and event listings that link to YouTube or other platforms.
• The App does not host YouTube videos; it provides links or embeds where allowed.
• All rights in such content belong to their respective owners (e.g., YouTube creators, channels, ministries).
• Your use of YouTube content may also be subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree you will not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• To infringe intellectual property rights (ours or others).
• To harass, abuse, insult, defame, intimidate, or discriminate.
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• To transmit malware, harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access to the App, users, or systems.
• To interfere with or disrupt the App’s security, performance, or availability.

9. Advertising, Rewards, and Purchases (If Applicable)

• The App may include ads (including rewarded ads), premium features, gems/tokens, or purchases.
• Availability of rewards, premium time, or gems may depend on third-party systems (ad networks, billing providers).
• We may change reward rules, premium benefits, or pricing at any time as allowed by law.
• Purchases are generally handled by platform providers (Google Play / Apple). Their refund and billing terms may apply.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy. The App:

• May collect the user’s name (if provided).
• May collect a short bio (if provided).
• Stores your email address for login/authentication purposes.
• May collect limited technical data necessary to operate and secure the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your actions pose risk to other users, the App, or third parties.
• Required by law or platform enforcement.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

12. Disclaimer (No Warranties)

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Owner (or affiliates, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Content shared by users.
• Third-party services or content.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example, within the App). Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
